Examination as per the regulations of Autonomous Body & SPPU, Pune
Insem (Semester-III) January 2023 Examinations are being schedule during 16th to 20th Jan. 2023.
Exam Time: S.E. Morning:- 11:00 am to 12:00 noon
Report to Institute 30 min. before scheduled time at Exam Control Room to see your seat number location displayed on Seating Plan, Seating Plan will be displayed on the notice board 1 hour before the schedule time.
Students are not be allowed for the exam after lapse of 30 Min. of the scheduled time of start.
Block Seating Plan is displayed on the Exam Hall/Block Notice Board. You must seat in the examination hall in order mentioned in the Block Seating Plan.
Seating arrangement will not be fixed and will be changes on daily basis & session-wise.
Seating Plan is prepared as per Roll Number, You have to see the range of exam seat/roll number to find the block location accordingly.
You may write College Registration Number (CRN) or Roll Number-Division - Class- Branch and Name in FULL on the Answer Book at the appropriate place.
You are not supposed to involve/indulge in any malpractices during the examination.
Any attempt of MALPRACTICES & COPYING are treated seriously.
Mobile Phones, Digital/Smart watches/Programmable devices are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Exam Hall.
Students MUST keep their bags/belongings outside the Exam Hall.
College ID Card is COMPULSORY.
Students should be in PROPER COLLEGE UNIFORM WITH COLLEGE ID NECK-IN along with own pen and drawing instruments.
EXCHANGE OF INSTRUMENTS Calculators is strictly prohibited.
Students will NOT BE ALLOWED to carry Question Paper if he/she leaves before the end of exam.
Students are not be allowed for washroom during examination as far as possible.
Fill in all your details of on the Answer-Book as well as on the Supplement.
It is the responsibility of the students to ensure that answer-book is personally handed over to Jr. Supervisor without failed before leaving the exam hall.
Students are not allowed to leave exam hall during last 10 min. of before the end of exam.
20 minutes / hour extra time is allow for physically handicapped (PWD) candidates and there will be separate seating arrangement (block) for the physically handicapped candidates if writer is accompanied by examinee. Such students have to take prior permission and inform to the exam section accordingly.
It is illegal act if the any kind of University stationery carried away or brought-in the examination hall. A strict legal action will be initiated as per the SPPU regulations.
You have to obey and follow the order of Jr. Supervisor and maintain the well discipline in the exam hall.
